Tornados in Northern Germany

Yesterday, March 27, 2006 several tornadoes were reported from Northern Germany. The most notable one ripped through Hamburg, Germany, causing severe damage and killing 2 people who were operating cranes at the time which were destroyed. Power lines were cut, cars overturned, trees snapped. Two more tornados were reported, one near Bremerhaven and one in Lower Saxony.There you are, tornados can also occur in Europe!
