Wxlocal5 to wx5 conversions

I added a NWS forecast page Wxlocal5.html to my new web site http://www.belcak.com/1024768wxlocal.html - for some reason my paths to images don’t follow to the wx5.html page conversion. On any of my other pages they work just fine. I have noticed that the links work but you don’t see my images. Is there something in the transition from Wxlocal5 to wx5 that I’m missing…I’m thinking for example in windows I can include a space between file folder names like
/Web Images where as I think unix needs /Web_Images the underscore.
Anyway right now I’m at a loss as to whats going on!
Thanks for any suggestions.
Steve

I notice you have your wx5 page located in the wdweather directory below the web root

http://www.belcak.com/wdweather/wx5.html

Where the other pages are in the web root… i.e.

http://www.belcak.com/Tide Prediction.htm

If you put the wx5 page in the web root the graphics should show up. As a note you should never have a space in the file name or directory on a web server… causes all kinds of trouble as you can see

You are correct about it’s location but that brings up the next issue…seems like all attempts I make to use a directory other than /wd weather/ never work…I tried making the change but everything seems to like wdweather. I have wdweather set up as my default folder in the connection, I have tried the overide button on the Internet File settings tab but no luck…is there another switch I’m missing to set?
Thanks for the advice about no spaces…I should have known better and you are absolutely correct about not using them…I need to correct that on my whole site.
Thanks for taking the time to try and help.

You would need to remove wdweather as the default directory in the main connection screen.

Thanks for your help…I have it working http://www.belcak.com/1024768wxlocal.html what I did was use the General ftp tab to upload wx5.html to my root directory and all is well. Since it’s an iframe of an NWS forecast, I don’t need to have it updating every 5 minutes. Slowly I think my site is coming together, thanks an awful lot to help I get from the forum. Take a look at the page…anything you see that may need fixing, pls let me know. All the buttons don’t work but the ones that do are obvious.

Looks real nice. Has a nice feel to it…
