I notice you have your wx5 page located in the wdweather directory below the web root
http://www.belcak.com/wdweather/wx5.html
Where the other pages are in the web root… i.e.
http://www.belcak.com/Tide Prediction.htm
If you put the wx5 page in the web root the graphics should show up. As a note you should never have a space in the file name or directory on a web server… causes all kinds of trouble as you can see
