I found WD was double dipping on that routine

also should fix problem with sometimes custom tags not being converted

Just tried .32n - WOW

I have about 14 custom pages being worked every 10 minutes.
Usually it would take WD 32 seconds to do the parsing, then the upload would start.

Now…14 seconds flat!
