Fairfield Dunedin NZ Finally completed

I finally got the wind instruments mounted outside. Used the tv aerial pole on the roof so was a heck of a job getting up there and doing it. Dont like heights and was shaking half an hour after getting back on the ground. Have a look and let me know what you think and if you have any suggestions. Thanks.

I hate to say this…but the wind is showing zero. I hope it’s just calm and not a fault on your anemometer!

Hey Huggy!

Nice to see another person interested in the weather…

Your site looks great, by the way. Have you though about adding the MML feature to your WDL?

–Tim

there are very few stations in the south island nz area to put on a MML…

Then I guess he could make his map of a larger area? Or would that not help much?

–Tim

Im pretty new to this. So maybe some of you could tell me whats involved in having mml on the site, what i need to do to get it set up and what costs etc. Im keen to give anything a go but may need some of you expert help on it all. Thanks for the comments too.

Bruce

Bruce,

I’m not currently using MML, but many other people are. If you have any questions, there are plenty of people that can help you out. You can take a look at this topic: http://discourse.weather-watch.com/t/11233 .

Good luck.
