Rainrate & webcam upload

Hi,

Webcam overlay tag %currentrainratehr% not work right.
eg. now WD main screen and VP console display 10.7mm/hr this tag result is 641mm/hr!

Second thing is if I select on webcam setup "upload/update only day time" (picture below) WD still upload webcam picture 24h /day.
I know I can select manualy only daytime upload time, but I do not want change this every week. (because there is option what can do that...if it work)
Could these fix. This upload problem started for a couple of weeks ago - I think.

the problem with the tag will be when you are using the davis rain rate
i will fix that

the 2nd problem, ok, i will look into that too...tomorrow

this bug report got buried and lost by the memory issues bug reports
