Updated to 56 and now not receiving data. I think I was to start with but no longer. Windows 10 Have Version 10.37S56 Was working fine and only thing I have been doing is trying to get web cam working.

Sorry Brian. you are correct it is a La Crosse 2310. Everything was working fine until I upgraded and somehow I have lost the data feed. The red lights stay on rather than turning Green.
which version of WD were you using before you upgraded?
Sorry again for forgetting obvious things. It was 54. I reverted back but no change
Appears to have been a faulty usb to serial unit. It must have played up at time of update. Replaced it and all working now. Thanks again for your support.
