Data quality red *solved*

I am still having issues with FTP (which i am working on), but now over the weekend, I stopped receiving data. I have rebooted the computer, reinstalled WD 10.37S56. Data received is blinking green, but stead red on quality. I unplugged my USB data logger from my VP2 console and then plugged it back in… same thing. Display on the VP2 is fine, just can’t get the data to my computer.

Here is the debug info:

what is the barometer reading on the console?
do you happen to have set to use altimeter barometer in the cwop setup for WD barometer reading?
what is the barometer offset in WD?

you can set WD to show debug info:
setup, advanced/misc, tick to log the raw data , then see what shows under view, debug info

Brian,
The Barometer reading on my console is 32.33
In the cwop setup I do not have anything checked for the barometer tab
And there is no barometer offset in WD.

I did notice that under data logger the 30 min. interval was checked. I have always done 1 min. so I just changed that.

The debug info (it keeps scrolling) here is the last part:

raw baro after offset 1094.9 08:21:32

Steve

Barometric pressure of 32.33 inches is impossibly high, the highest ever recorded was 32.06 inHg. There is something wrong with the console baro pressure measurement and WD is rejecting the data as Brian suggested, “baro failed 1094.9”.

Looking at the graph on my console the barometer has flatlined at 32.33. I’ll call Davis and see what they say.

Called Davis, they said the barometer was not working. Sending the console back. Thanks guys.
