It appears that sur.ly is a link management service that intercepts outgoing links on a webpage and adds some value by e.g. checking that the weather site url you linked last year has not been transformed into a porn or malware site. My guess is that someone who has a link to www.wilneyweather.co.uk on their website has signed up for the sur.ly link management service and https://sur.ly/o/wilneyweather.co.uk/AA000014/ is the resulting link url for your website as processed by sur.ly :roll:
I don’t think it’s anything to worry about, but it would be interesting to see how hits to that sur.ly url show in the log.
