Help How to add a tag to weather display main page

hi everybody

I want to add a custom line of text with a tag which will display on web displays main page on my website

I’ve forgotten how to do this . Can Somebody please Point me in the right direction

Please see image the text in red is what I want to add

you would need to add that to the datahtm3.txt file and make sure you have ticked that you have custom tags in your web page
