clientrawrealtimeftp.exe crash

Since upgrading to version 10.37S, build b55 the clientrawrealtimeftp.exe crashes when I start it. The following Windows message is displayed: "Exception EiphSFTP in module clientrealtimeftp.exe. The certificate could not be decoded. Could anyone offer assistance in rectifying this problem?

try doing a full re install of WD (i.e download and install the full version again)

I have downloaded and re-installed over my existing environment but clientrawrealtimeftp.exe still crashes on startup. Any other possible solutions?

are you using SFTP?
if so, do you have set to use a certificate file?

Maybe worth to mention that he had the same issue with B44 - http://discourse.weather-watch.com/p/502861

Has used a certificate - http://discourse.weather-watch.com/p/502453

Must be a problem with loading the certificate that is selected to be used

After carrying out a further full install the clientrawrealtimeftp.exe did not crash when it was started.
However I am still experiencing problems in the file transfer process. Below is a snapshot of the log. Although I did not specify the use of an SFTP programme it appears to be using one. My SSH server is configured to use either keys or a password for authentication. The log appears to indicate a successful password log in. This is followed by an access violation error message followed by a series of “Busy performing current action” messages. It should be noted that the file transfer process of the main files is working OK. Is it possible to configure WD to use the same process for the transfer of the realtime files? Any further assistance would be appreciated.

this is the problem here
Although I did not specify the use of an SFTP programme it appears to be using one.
so you do not have set to use SFTP in the connections setup in WD?
