Summary Image Average Temp shows 0.0 in parentheses and no Solar percentage?

Hi,

Something has been perplexing me for a long time.

I have the ‘Show the average for the day’ option enabled in WD for the summary icon and I have 10 years of data in WD.

Next to the Hi Lo readings I see (0.0). It’s only there if i enable the show average option. What is that supposed to mean and why is it (0.0)?

Also, I have a solar sensor and I have Show Solar % enabled, but it never shows on the Summary Image. I am getting Solar readings in WD and it is recording just fine, but it won’t show on the summary image?

Any idea / explanation this?

those max/min values come from the wunderground station record data for a nearest city you set up under view, weather wunderground almanac

as for the solar %, you do not say which version/build of WD

Got the wunderground parentheses thing sorted out so thank you!

Solar doesn’t seem to update for me and I’m on 10.37Sb45

it might be something about your settings
if you could .zip and email me your settings, I will check/test here

sent! tyvm!

To others reading this thread, Brian gave me a test version of the next build of WD that resolved the solar issue on the summary icon

Was it your settings, or the version of WD? I’ve had the same problem since v10.37Sb8 or so and haven’t gotten around to asking about it…

I made a change in WD that helped
in the latest update of WD (not just the test version)
