It is showing the IP Address for my server correctly I removed it for security purposes, however it goes no further and has not updated files on my server since 2017-03-21 01:15.
I am unsure what to do to get WD to start working again.

Per the PM I sent you there does not appear to be an FTP server at the IP you are using. WD’s FTP cannot connect to it, and therefore the connection times out without even an attempt at logging in. I think you have the wrong IP or something else is blocking the connection. Double check the info you are using in Filezilla.
normally a ftp server is like ftp.myserver.com
and not an IP address
and the IP address you have in use looks like its a local variant ?
what is the actual server setting you have set in WD (for the ftp server name)
(with out the user and password, its no problem putting that info here)
He needs to use ftp.hisdomainname.com - I have tested that and the FTP server is running there. The IP address above is the cpanel address (one digit off from the server address) I don’t understand how that could work in filezilla 'cause there is no FTP server to be found there :dontknow:
This has been resolved by switching to use ftp.hisdomainname.com and refreshing FTP settings in WD
It appears to me that the host changed around IP’s and didn’t bother to tell the users. I don’t think that lack of communication is uncommon and it’s a good reason why it’s better to go with the domain name rather than the IP.
those links do not seem to work and you have posted a screen shot of the general FTP setup, which is not normally used , but in any case, has no settings set anyway
