The latest versions of WD often stops uploading data (version now is 10.37S42), and I have to restart the program. This also happened with earlier versions. The WMR200 History vers 1.3 loads data for a few hours, then restart and load some hours more, and then repeat this several times until the shutdown hour is reached. If I run the program as admin WD will most often start in the end. If I just run the program, it will not start in the end. I have ticked “run as admin”. I run W10.
not sure what you mean by start in the end exactly?
maybe you mean it will eventually show live data?
what I would do is erase the data in memory on the wmr200
you can do that with a combination of keys on the console (its in the wmr200 manual how to do that)
also make sure windows is not set to power down the usb via the usb power suspend setting

Thanks Brian. I will try it out and report back. What I mean with “start or not start in the end” is what happens after finnishing the History laps.
Hello Brian, can I just use the option “clear WMR200 data” when the history logger is finished?
