New web hosting problems

Ariotek have merged with Krystal, and it’s caused one big headache. After numerous support tickets, files are uploading as per schedule (visible in CPanel/File Manager) but the ‘new’ uploads are not appearing on my website. I have to refresh the web page to see the new data.

It wasn’t like this on Ariotek.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Perhaps, the cPanel has website caching turned on? If so, turn off caching on the website.
