Good morning,
I am running Weather Display build 10.37S41. After a reinstall, it has stopped retrieving data from the previous time that the program was switched off, but it happily receives current data. I have a Davis Vantage Vue station.
If I try and download data from a previous time, that doesn’t work either. Can anyone help me, please?.

what data logger type?
It’s a Davis Revision B data logger.
what I mean
is it usb or serial or IP ?
It’s a Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM3)
OK, its a USB data logger
what you could try, which has worked for others, is power down the console
remove the data logger for 5 minutes
replace, power up console, set the correct time and data logger interval (1 minute)
then wait for data to build up and then run WD and see if the data download works

Did you perform any firmware updates to your console?
