Wret not generating lastret.txt - resolved

Hello,

My old weather computer was crashing frequently and I got a new one and installed all of the software. I think that I have everything up to date however, I am having a problem with WRET.

Today is January 23rd and it seems that the last lastret.txt file that wret generated was January 19th at midnight. I have had this before, however, since 3 in 1 uses this file as well as latest etc. It is making my display have 2 forecasts.

There have been beta’s out and I think that I have all of them installed but I may not.

Wxsimate is version 6.2, wxsim is 1.2 and WRET is 1.1. I am not sure if this is correct but I need it to produce a lastret.txt file reliably.

I took the WRET file from my old installation and overwrote the one that was not generating the lastret.txt file and it started generating the file.

Great! Thanks for letting me know. The retini.txt file may have gotten corrupted somehow.
