Can’t install the latest version keep getting the following error:
“An error ocurred while trying to replace the existing file
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access is denied”
This refers to c:\wdisplay\clientraw.exe
that error occurs if a program is still running
e.g exit the clientrawrealtimeftp.exe
