Just looking too see what you guys use for wifi routers. I currently have a Asus 1 antenna router 4 port and looking for a 4 antenna router. I also need a wifi extender but that’s for a different topic.
Any recommendations would be great.
Hi Mark I actually just bought a new router just hooked it up 2 days ago. I had a Linksys EA3500 before this time I went with a TP-Link AC5400. All I can say is WOW I was getting 10meg download before and I am now getting 65 to 66meg’s and has 3 seperate chanels 2 5g and 1 2.4g I normally don’t spend this much but i picked it up on Black Friday for a steal.
pfsense with hp 1920 switch and unifi uap-ac-lr ,amplifi HD should work great so simpler setups
Linksys EA6900. Great little machine. My so-called 50Mb line from the ISP always brings no less than 64Mb in testing.
I have a blazing 6 Mbits/s - no router performance anxiety here :lol:
