Wind direction works but wind speed is 0

Hello,

There is a problem with the my windmeter. Everything on the meter works except for the windspeed.
The wind direction, temperature etc. etc. all works fine but somehow the wind speed is still on 0.

Anyone any idea? www.roeienzeil.nl/weerstation

the data comes from the clientraw.txt file
which is updated by the software
is the windspeed showing in the software and in the clientraw.txt file?

I did have a similar problem on my Davis VP2 anemometer. It seemed to rotate normally but the reading was 0 m/s. The reason was that the windcups rotated freely on the axle. A little tightning of the set screw and everything worked fine again.
