I am unable to send the weather reports when using the weather report 2 section or email reports section in the Avgs/extremes section. I am using WD Ver 10.37S26. Weather report 1 works without any problems.
The ftp log shows the following for weather report 2:

So it seems WD is failing to add the recipients to the weather report 2 despite being set up exactly the same as weather reports 1. The email report briefly comes up with the busy cursor but then nothing happens and there is nothing logged in the ftp log.
I have attached a screenshot of my weather report 2 setup. I can’t work out what is going wrong as there addresses in the list but it isn’t adding them when sending the message.
Un-ticking that box caused WD to add the reports@ address as a recipient but for some reason it still didn’t add the other three emails in the ‘to email address list’ as shown in the screenshot. I’m just wondering if something didn’t go according to plan when upgrading WD to the new version and if there is anyway to uninstall WD without losing all the settings to see if a reinstall works.
I have downloaded WD Ver10.37S32 and added the files that you have linked to and it still doesn’t seem to be adding the recipients. I have attached the ftplogfull that it produces.
Sorry for the late reply Brian. I’ve been having problems with my laptop which seems hell bent on corrupting my WD files. It seems to have given up trying now though as thanks to your great software I have managed to undo any damage.
I should be able to get the files to you within the next few days.
Once again thank you for creating a brilliant piece of software and for providing ongoing support that is second to none.
I have now upgraded to build 39 but the problem still seems to persist. Attached are the latest screenshots which appear to show that WDFTP is connecting to the server but not sending any data. WDFTP opens and connects but gets stuck after connected.
I was installing latest build 40 and weatherreport stopped working. I have also installed latest wdftp from your previous post - and its still not working.
See attached error message
Any ideas?
I have reverted to build 34 and everything is working again.
However I hate to be a nuisance but for some reason the end of the moth report isn’t sending either. When I click test in the Averages/Extremes/ Reports section WD briefly shows the windows 10 wait cursor but nothing appears to happen after that. There is no sign of WDFTP and no entries in the FTP log.
@rh205
I do see you have a blank line in that email to list for the test
the FTP upload should occur at the next minute change
note that you would need to click on OK first if you changed any of the switches to create and send the reports etc then go back and click on the test
