I finally have the weather warnings working, I still see an issue with it not always working.
If I open the page it works, Then try 5 minutes latter and it will not get the information error is
Top Warning Information Unavailable, error fetching or reading data from the NOAA advisories server
Then wait another 5 minutes refresh page and it works.
If I look at NOAA all is fine there.
Not sure if I need to change something else somewhere.
