Cumulus MX and Wxsimate problem

I recently moved back from a Pi setup onto a Windows 8.1 on a Dell PC. Cumulus MX is up and running and updating the website.

However I am getting a Conversion from String " error which I cannot sort where the problem lays. This is with the new version 6. Not sure what else to suggest.

I think I will need to see the actual Cumulus log file (like apr2016log.txt) to see what’s going on here.
