I know a lot of the Linux people are going to howl. I for one would be willing to pay what windows users pay. To get a product that gets the same fast support that windows program does. I would love to use the raspberry. But I don’t think it has the same feature rich features that the windows product does.
I think what Mark is saying is that he would be willing to pay the full price for a Linux WD that has all the features of the Windows version. I’m not sure that’s technically feasible, especially on the Raspberry Pi.
re the linux version, what exact functionality would you like added?
I have found a way to get more of the astronomical data into the Mac version that I can do the same for the linux version
(e.g civil twilight etc)
