so, this is going to be needed to be changed for WD
Currently the Ftpupd.exe program downloads the NOAA Forecast file via Anynomous FTP download
and same for Metar (but that is optional, by default the metar is downloaded by HTTP (not HTTPs …I would need to change that)
so the question is, is FTP download still going to be allowed for the 5 day forecast file?
and when does the change to HTTPS for the metar file need to be done by?
(I will create separate cron programs to do these jobs)
