I have had that place saved in my bookmarks but the only thing I get out of it is a lot of emails from my cron job showing a lot of errors 
But from that site it looks like godaddy will not let a script run 5 min at a time…might have to move servers (again)
I have looked at that but my internet is not the greatest all the time and I thought it would be better to have something online doing the checking. and just like what Niko said I also tired the windows task Scheduler
To tell the truth Mark that is the same one that I have. It has been a wonderful one no problems at all. I just am maxing out my free account now and being that I am on godaddy I thought I could use there setup…I might have to think on it but I may also get a paid account with them. seems to be the best so far. Unless I move my website again.
