I’ve searched the forum and FAQ and yet I am still unclear on how to correct some rain data. I had a sensor failure and the rain rate started showing 25 inches per hour etc. This has caused my cumulative values for the day to skyrocket out of range. I do know the actual amount of rain for the day via my manual gauge, and I can set it in the control panel/offsets & initial rain/ daily rain total box. But this does not clean up my data such as my yearly totals or monthly totals. When I go to the view/averages&extremes/correct check data and enter in the daily value, nothing changes.
What I need to know is how to clean up my rain data files so that the daily, monthly, and yearly totals are correct again when the tags are viewed in a webpage. Thanks!
