I have two softwares running same computer and both send email warning to twitter
but after a wile working fine this message appears
"This page is no longer valid. It looks like someone already used the token information you provided. Please return to the site that sent you to this page and try again
Facebook does not now allow auto posting on your behalf
there was lots of threads about that
re twitter, there is an updated wdtwitter version with the latest update of WD that should work better
you could though try revoking on your twitter account what is allowed to send tweets
and also delete the twitter.ini file so that wd twitter has to re authorise
let me toss this in here, if you have a lot of tweets and I don’t know the quota, but I use http://www.tweeteraser.com/
I can delete all of mine. It works. would an aardvark lie?

you can set your tweets to be shared with facebook, in your twitter setup (on your web page twitter account setup)
