El Nino here in Central TX is very darn selective, I’m about 35 miles West of Austin and a bit North. Austin now has their entire year’s rain+. The latest storm dropped 7" 35 miles E of us, we didn’t get a drop. Lake Travis came up 30’ to seasonal normal in the last month, Lake Buchanan came up 6’, still 18’ short. So, El Nino? - El Smineo?
