Could windgustlastmin report out 1 decimal place. I am a bit anal but like to see the whole number.

Most anemometers if not all except for ultrasonic types, are very coarse instruments and generally measure to 1knot or 1mph with no decimal places.  What you often see is a decimal number to one decimal place due to a conversion.  Most anemometers are also only accurate to 2-5mph and usually read gusts low due to inertia and inefficiencies in their design.
