Weather Dials duplicating data on Weather Dials page

What would cause the data on both the current and average windspeed dial (on view/weather dials) to be the same value...i.e.   the current is 1.5 and the average is 1.5 and they stay the same regardless of the value shown...
10.37R build 32...Vantage pro 2..XP

Weather Display:
I am not seeing that problem here (I have more wind than 1.5 though)

at low speeds the current average could very easily be the same as the current windspeed

I have my current wind speed rounded off..(no decimal)..its as though it is displaying the average on both gauges...

Weather Display:
the gust dial on the dials page shows the same value as the gust dial on the main screen
maybe you have set that to show 10 minute average speed

Where would that tick be to select such?
