WD build 23 instead of 32

 Dear forum,

i recently downloaded and installed the latest version of WD which is built 32, but after installing this version (build 32) and run the software i was surprised that my WD remain build 23 :? i tried 2times, same
problem...

Did someone had the same issue ???? noting that i'm using lacrosse ws2811 via HW beta

Are you sure your loading it into the same place as your old version so it can overwrite?

thanks for your reply, yes i am using the same folder, and the system is asking me if i want to replace the existing one, and i click yes...
