Another Slight Redesign

I don't know if this is normal or not, but seems like I'm always making minor tweaks and redesigns to my webpage. I'm trying to get as much information possible near the top of the page as soon as somebody hits the site. I started out with essentially Ken's Saratoga template, but have gradually been editing in alot of my own code. Any thoughts or comments welcome??

Thanks for the comments!  @SteveC4, are you referring to the Marine Point Forecast at the bottom of the page? I have a sample script I could send you if that is what you are looking for.

I finally switched to a horizontal drop-down menu. I think the site looks alot cleaner now. Any thoughts or comments welcome!

Nice site, all that is needed for the user is frontal to the user.
