for some odd reason, Wdisplay isn't sending me weather reports anymore.   Didn't change settings, but it used to do it.  I am not sure if it is something with my ISP or carrier.  I did notice yesterday, my internet went down,  I had to reboot the modem but it took right away.

I can get interwarn to send the mail but not WD from the same settings.  Here is the ftpfull log:

It is possible the mail is being sent but you are not receiving it for some reason.

If you have other email addresses try putting them in and see if that address gets the message.  best if the other email address is not on the same domain.

The first set of logs seem to indicate an OK send and the second also indicate an OK send but they do have this:

165: Please specify a recipient (To).

I went to each of the accounts and sent an email to the others,   not sure either.  I think I will do a couple of things. download a fresh whole copy and reboot the computer. reject my settings again and wait it out.   I am pretty sure that it is the isp

started working.  The only thing I could figure out different.    I got an Iphone this week and on my PC there was the icloud control panel and I noticed in the systray it was loaded. so I shut it down for now and things appear to be working.  I don't know if it was a lack of resources or that thing blocked the email from actually leaving the modem.

I will experiment on that  later.   If I ever get the opportunity to clean up the basement, then I will start the basement computer sending some things to take a load off this system.

Mine has stopped too.  It will not send out any emails unless I push the test button.  Only thing that has changed, I upgraded to ver. # 10.37Q build 75 nothing else has been changed
