there are lots of threads about that error about no such file or directory (a search of the forum should find those)
and is most likely related to 32/64 bit problems

ARM is 32 bit only, so that canīt be the problem.

The problem on Raspberry PI has nothing to with the 32/64 bit system. I would say the ARM version is just built for some newer ARM version. Since the PI is so popular there will be more requests for WD to work with it, so why not consider looking into it?

the current version should work with Ubuntu
just make sure you have the GTK2 widget set installed
I have not heard any more news on the new compiler I am using having Linux support added
yet
I could update the Linux version to the current last mac old compiler version

Hi Brian,
I am using Kubuntu 12.04 AMD 64 with ia32libs installed and this is as far as I can get.
I previously had no problems without the 32 libs but have tried evry thing
