after you have the webcam capture setup leave it run and go to control panel open webcam again and use the video setup tab there hope this helps!!

the webcapture is running and I see files amassing.. so when does it produce a video?
I can't get it to snag from my IP directly but I have the D-link site updating every minute to my website folder and overwriting the previous image

With webcamcapture you should be getting the timestamped images saving in the folder of you choice with WD. Then you need the "Webcam" area of WD (Control Panel > Webcam) to build the videos, Brian wrote an FAQ on this part of it.  :wink:

I am getting the time stamped images, but when does it compile all these into a video/movie?   Do I need to be doing something else.  And where is Brian's FAQ?
