after you setup the video section click on create last hour video and it should make a movie out of the saved photo's!

The webcam part of WD will create and upload the 1-hour video at around 3 minutes past the hour and will do the all-day video at 11 minutes past the hour, I think.

so the image has to be a gif rather than a jpg?

That is going to cause me a small seizure.

No, I use JPG files. I don't even produce the GIF's.  :wink:
