WU cloud conditions stuck on CLR

Now WD is showing sunny and WU is displaying overcast.

Problem solved.
It was an error in my configuration.

just for into to help anyone else in the same situation
the problem was that WD was set to use a metar to update the icon in the summary image and icon setup, metar section
(this section was greyed out though because the setting in the ftp/internet setup, metar download, use this metar to update the icon/wunderground was not set (which should in theory have been enough...must be a gremlin there someone (that setting needed to be ticked temporarily to unset those other settings)
