Problem Getting Video to Upload

I am running v10.37R build 23 on a good XP box and everything else working well including upload FTP of client-raw files etc and download of webcam images for use in video.

I have tried the set-up via Webcam Video Set Up and New AllDay Video Setup.  The videos are produced correctly and sit nicely in the AllDayVideo folder.

I am struggling to understand/fault find why the FTP upload of the video files is not taking place.  Any help would be appreciated.

post a screen shot of your web cam upload setup
also do you have the ftp settings set correct in the connections setup?
also what shows in the ftplogfull.txt after a web cam upload?
