Double quantity rain

The problem about wrong values at startup is still there: it's very frustrating and I need help at http://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php/topic,54601.0.html
Also found another bad thing that's WD display a double quantity of rain (on heavy weather its the half): how can this happen?
Is this another incompatibility versus the ws3650?

Help please.
WD read an amount of rain twice that reported by heavy weather.
Please, I really was not able to solve this issue.
Also I need help about wrong values at startup.
Who own a ws3650 and can help me?

I do not have a ws3650 however have you checked your Offsets page and see if any offsets are set?

Also under Station Type and Settings are there options for different "tips" for your station?

Hello Bob,
no offset are set, there.
Under Station Type and Settings I only choosed the LaCrosse 3600, the history.dat location, 1 minute logging interval and the wind speed (km/h) and that's all.
I'm very discouraged: it's not possible to serve so altered values; in this moment it's raining and every time the rain increase in HW, WD  increase, too, but it says just the double amount.
Look here, please (I use this for my own use and these values are straight from HW http://atripalda.homeip.net/weather/pers.html

It's very strange but in my opinion the only reason is an incompatibility ws3650 vs. WD.
What do you think?

I wrote down some of last values (total rain this year; they are in millimeters);
you can see that WD make they double.

Your tip was precious.
I look better at offsets options and the problem seems to be resolved.
Now the difference is much much smaller.
The screenshot will explain better and I hope this will help other users, too.
