Wrong values at startup

If I stop and restart WD it start with wrong values, specially the min temperature and its time are wrong; these wrong values are for all the time the program was closed.
Also there are in the log file double lines for same minute. Of course storic data, statistics, graphics, etc. are wrong, too.
Normally I don't stop WD but sometimes I need to restart it or to restart the computer itself and everytime I get those errors.
This means a lot of editing and not ever is possible to do this because often there are hundred or thousands lines to edit.
I have the WS3650 and WD 10.37R build 0.3 on windows xp.
Maybe my station is not fully compatible with WD 10.37R build 0.3?
If it's not so, please, there is someone in this forum which can help me?
I can't spend my life to editing continuously hundred and hundred of log lines: I'm losing my eyes doing that.
If I can't find a solution, I think I will give up with WD.
Please, if someone can help, I'm here; I wait hoping to fix this problem.

I alredy tried the new version but the problem is the same (then I came back to the 10.37R build 0.3 because I transalted some words in my language).
I dont know if WD is not fully compatible with ws3650 but mine is a too big problem: it's not possible to manage it in this way.
I tried various settings but ....nothing.
On the earth there is no computer that, before or after, need to be rebooted and when I do that ...I spend my time editing logfiles: too sad!
If you have other ideas please, let me know; your and everyone help will be greatly greatly greatly apreciated.
Really I hope someone will help me!

Giovanni...pleaswe wait a little while for an answer. The WD author lives in New Zealand and it's the middle of the night there. Also there are a lot of WD users in America who might be able to help and it's still only lunchtime or earlier for them, so they probably haven't logged in yet. It's usually best to wait at least 24 hours after posting a message before posting a reminder that you're still waiting for an answer.

If wd is off for only a short time
Then try
Turn off the switch under  control panel,datalogger setup
Translation changes should work still in the latest version

Yes, wd is off only for short periods because I have it on my own server, here, at home; but sometimes I need to restart it.
The switch was already off, but the problem is still here.
Also, I tried the latest version, too, but I noticed the same problem.
About translations you are right, of course, but even using the italian language there are still lot of english terms which appears in old version and in the new one as well.
I hope I'll be able to solve the problem of wrong values, anyway.

WD get the data from History.dat (1 interval minute) and the station is on the com port 1.
Weather station type: (La Crosse 2310/2315/3600)
Now are several hours that WD is running continuously and it works fine.
When I run into that problem the min temperature value (on the log file) which correspond to the minutes which WD was off, is ever 07.0 (or -07.0, i don't remember exactly).

One thing,you would need to make sure that heavy weather runs
First and updates the history.dat file correctly
Before wd then reads in the history.dat file
Make sure the time/date on the station matches the pc
Also use wdstartdelay.exe

HW runs and history.dat is correctly updated. Ok about the time/date, too.
I used the wdstartdelay.exe (with a 50 sec. delay), but nothing changed.
Below are some log lines which I got after my tests. Lines which I marked with RWD and RPC are log lines related the time during WD was stopped.
Not marked lines was created while WD was normally running.
I did 2 tests:
1)First I tried to simply stop and restart WD and I got RWD lines.
2)Then I tried to restart the computer (using the wdstartdelay.exe) and I got RPC lines.

Of course, graphics and the rest was wrong as well.
I find WD a great software, but don't know how to deal with this problem.
Maybe is not fully compatible with the WS3650 station?

for the barometer reading difference, check what you have set as the baro offset for the history data in the weather station type setup, 3600 setup

I tried that setting but nothing changed.
The log lines contains ever those wrong values, specially that darn 00.7 temp and that about 3 hpa difference in baro.
This happen even if I close and reopen WD within the same minute (e.g. if I close WD after the minute 5 has started and I reopen it within the same minute, when the minute 6 starts I find 2 lines related to minute 6 and the first one have those wrong values; graphics become wrong, various statistics, too, and values change in dailyhighlowbaroetc.gif, too).
Don't know anymore what to do but I think that's an incompatibility problem and that never I'll get rid of this problem.
If this is the case, I'll give up but I still hope to solve this.
