Makes me wonder what weather conditions would produce these ground clouds...nature sure is amazing...

There is a similar pattern in one of my weather books, they maybe a variation of the Kelvin-Helmholtz waves. 
My dial-up connection does not allow for efficient surfing, maybe you will have better luck verifying my book.
