Sorry not to have replied Windy but I have not been very well. thank you for your help and the great pictures. Training should be more often like this, even if we did not learn anything we would have had a good time. Thank you for all the photographs.

Best wishes

Can read the AAG barometer now, though the 1-wire page. When I click on "use AAG Baro", data is imported into WD, but so is the data from the WMR928. I am using WD 10.37Q Build 84. is there a way to turn off the Oregon barometer in favour of the AAG one?

Thanks

Just to add a little further info, I have tried removing the batteries from the barometer sensor. that seems to stop the WMR928 from loading in to WD at all.

I will have to change WD to not use the barometer from a wm928 if using an aag baro
I will do that for the next WD update

Hello Brian. Downloaded the new zip and installed it, but I cannot see where you change the settings. Could you advise me please? I have tried all the usual haunts of Setup etc, but no luck.

Been trying more with various combinations of 1-wire, WM928 and WD. No success. one of the main problems is that WD cannot see the WM928 if there is no barometer module attached. This is not the case with any of the other modules. When run simply as a 1-wire station on an old machine it gives a different pressure, and all seems to be well. I will try plugging the WM928 into the other machine briefly tomorrow to see if it makes a difference. i will post the results after then, although any suggestions would be welcome.

Some further developments in this continuing  saga.  I still cannot get WD to read the AAG barometer when it is connected. however, I have discovered that the barometer cannot be read if the Hobbyboards Lightning Detector is connected as well. I believe that the Lightning Detector needs to be last on the string of devices which it is. Separately they both work fine and can be read by the Dallas 1-wire reader program. Together they cannot be seen. there is not conflict of IDs of course.
Has anyone any thoughts on this please? Still got the problem that when the barometer is connected I cannot get it to be read in place of the Oregon unit, despite Brian's help with this. I have tried turning off the Oregon barometer module but this tends to make the whole 928 system not work very well.
Time to jack it all in and buy a new system??

for the problem of the aag baro not being used instead of the wmr968/928 pressure
use a new .zip update, ready now
