If you compare our graphlog.txt yours is missing the end of each line.  Do you have your wret setup properly?  There is a png file which shows what should be ticked.

The only thing not checked in yours was the snow/ice depth.  I'm not sure if that is needed if you don't have any but it might be.  I emailed you a copy of my files.  See how that goes.

WeatherBee,

On incorporating some of your scripts, finally got it to work. (a massive understatement). Check it out. Metorgram not working, but having graphs and text and nearly there, is extremely exciting. Check it out. Any suggestions on bringing it to fully working, more than welcome. Again, Weatherbee, and others, (you know who you are) THANKS!

The graph isn't working because our last 4 items in each line of your graphlog.txt is
Quote
,-,-,-,-
I don't know why.  Mine did that at first when my server could not handle long numbers.  I found a workaround to handle this which is in the "wxall.lastret.php" file.
Also make sure the graphlog.txt file is set to the right permissions(666).

Continue to blend the supplied scripts. Getting graphs now, sort of, have changed the date format and fiddling with wxsim and associated programs. Question, should this look like this? (see attached) TIA,

I don't think that would keep the script from running.  I think it would effect the forecast
I have my output interval set to 1 hour and iterations per hour set to 20.  Number of days is set at 6.

I and others have had a similar problem when first using this script where the Hour-By-Hour and Detailed 48 Hours tabs are empty. Here's what I did to get things to work:

Change the Schedule in WXSIMATE to download data at 0 past the hour
Change the Schedule in WXSIM to AutoRun at 5 past the hour
Change the $uploadupdate parameter in wxall.settings.php to '00'

Folks,

Have included the changes mentioned in the last two posts (along with 20 pages of suggestions to others, that worked for me). Will let it run a couple of cycles to see the outcome. Through trials and tribulations, mistakes and foibles, guided by the board members... Wondering if the wind data will soon show up?

Patrick,

When I look at your site, it looks like it's still loading data from 5 minutes until the hour. I'm guessing that's what you have WXSIMATE set for. If you'll set that for the top of the hour (00), I think the other 2 tabs will show data.

Thought I had changed them, seemed to revert though. Set again as recommended. Will see if other tabs show up in a coupla of cycles.

What makes this error in the enclosed capture file? Looked through the code and became quickly disoriented...

Is this tied to the cond45.png, that displays the strip of icons on the top of the graph that is missing on my site? TIA,

patrick

Patrick,

I don't  believe this is tied to the cond45.png. That file is located in the img directory and it appears it's on your system.

Thanks Steve,

Another question. Based on the settings given by the above posts for running the profile, what should be the time settings set in WD in the general FTP settings for uploading to site? Do I offset slightly after the top of the hour? TIA,

patrick

Patrick,

I don't use WD so I'm not able to help with any of WD's settings. However I don't believe they are an issue. If you run WXSIMATE at the top of the hour, all the current WD and auto downloaded data should be collected by WXSIMATE, then used as input to WXSIM.
