Hi folks

Not sure if this belongs in here but it can give an idea of rain in % and can explain what the clouds mean.
You can take an image of the cloud or find an image...

I don't have one of them fancy phones...but I saw a TV commercial where this couple is in Japan and they hold up the phone, using the camera I suppose, and it decodes all the business signs and displays them in english.  Simply amazing, I could have used that many years ago when I was in Korea.  Maybe they use similar technology to decode the clouds...
