That camera is truly wonderful!  Thanks for allowing access.  He zoom is amazing!  Was there a fire in the condos across the water from you?

Glad you like the camera, it was a good upgrade from the previous camera. The old camera had a 26X optical zoom and the new camera has a 40X optical zoom as well as other upgraded features.

Yes, there was a fire on July 4th while the facility was full of people. There were no injuries and everyone got out alright.

The fire damaged one building and the cause was a fault with the buildings electrical wiring. They're about to begin demolition of the damaged building and will rebuild it. The whole facility will change from being a hotel into luxury condos. The undamaged portions of the facility will be remodeled to match the rebuilt building.  There are a few people who live in the facility year around, and they will need to find another place to live when they begin the remodeling of the building.
