« on: August 20, 2011, 11:42:22 PM »
I got one here now but I don't have a PS for it. Anyone know what power does it take? I may just buy one. but if I have a PS around here I could use it with that would be cheaper.....hope this camera works good.

There is no way I can send it back. it was sent to me by way of Amazon from a ebay seller. (the first one he sent to me with the camera was not made for the camera) so he ordered on amazon for me..
HELP! (if anyone can)

Some supplies are universal voltage, what exactly does it show on the plate/label where it specifies the voltage etc., post a pic if you can.

You're right, it's not universal  :(  Also it's AC output which is much less common than DC. You could get a 120 to 230 transformer to plug that one into but personally I would just buy the correct one, I think that's an Axis 18604 and it looks like they are about $35/40 online from a lot of suppliers.

Actually sellers can't post negative or neutral for buyers on ebay any more, ebay stopped that some time ago for reasons that I (speaking as a seller messed about by a deadbeat buyer) don't understand.

well...its done...he did try a little by sending that one....even if it was wrong...it just gives me more of a reason to lay off of ebay for a while....

Does it have one of those "reset to factory defaults" buttons hidden anywhere?

You may have to set up a PC with a fixed IP in the same range as the Axis default, and connect the PC and the Axis directly with a crossover cable.
