A problem with WD just popped up

Howdy I'm running WD version 10.37p on Windows server 2003, and a problem has come up.

Every time the data received count gets above 58,000 WD will lock up, I have to use task manager to stop the program and re-start.

This has started about a week ago, and is an regular problem.

10.37p is an old version

OK have down loaded the file on the 12th and file installed the same day, it locked up today at about 8PM my time.

Any ideas?

so 9 days later?
what was the counter up to?
what weather station type?
what antivirus program are you running?
how much memory on the pc?

Counter was up to 53,670. (last time it locked up at 58 K +)

Peet Bro's 2000 weather station.

AVG pro for server, Malwarebytes, Spybot SD.

4 GB ram, 5ea 2 TB hard drives.

Yes the weather station is in complete record mode, should it not be?

Locked up again, this time at 56976 on the counter...........at around 6:47 AM

any other Ultimeter users with complete record mode have this problem?
how long was WD running before this occurs?
also, under setup, advanced/misc, try not having set to log the raw data  if that is set

Hummmm and as far as how long WD has been running, it runs 24/7 365, it has run for 6 years straight. (Except for a few weeks when the main PCB died in the server)

Also it locked up again last night around Midnight, counter at 56,789, so It not a time related issue, but when that counter gets above 52 K.

what I mean by time, is, how long does it take, time wise, before the problem occurs, after WD is started?

Time wise about 200 to 220 hours, I can time it a bit closer next time.

so you mean something like 9 to day 10 days?
have you tried monitoring the memory use by WeatherD.exe and other programs on the PC (using task manager)

OK have watched this for a bit, it's every 200 hours to lockup, I have tried changing the clock on the server, (back 5 hours) that did nothing, the memory usage is normal, WD exe is using 1% of the CPU time and 35 K of memory on the server out of 4 GB so there is not a memory problem.

Here is a copy of the program error log if that will help.

Locked up again right at the 200 hour mark, any ideas on this one guys?

What can I do to keep a log of this problem to send to you for eval?
