doug, do you have a CW number entered in the setup?
You are correct. There is a problem with the ID#.
Here is the answer to the e-mail:
Doug,
Your packet does not have your ID in it. Note that they all have an ID of 2 capital letters followed by 4 numbers. Make yours like that.
