Weatherunderground update does not work (to fix data)

Take a look at your weather underground settings.

under Update every 1 minute, 10,  etc.

if I do that, it will update

12:01, 12:10, 1:01, 1:10, 2:01, 2:10 etc, but not multiples.

take a look at hours 2-6, thats some data I was trying to fill in after my internet IP address hung.

My PC shut itself done last night so i needed to fill in data for 6 hours to The Weather Underground. I tried the load data facility in WD but am getting the same issues as tman. Also i end up having to Control, Alt, Del WD as it seems to hang in the whole update data to Wunderground process. I hope Brian or someone in the know can look into this issue.
